[1968 c. 19.] Criminal Appeal Act 1968

11 In the Criminal Appeal Act 1968—

(a) in sections 24 to 28 (costs in the Court of Appeal), and

(b) in section 39 (costs in certain appeals to the House of Lords),

a reference to central funds shall be substituted for any reference to local funds.
