98 Extent of Part VI. S

[F6 The Scottish Environment Protection Agency] may exercise the powers conferred by [F7 section 92(1)] of this Act in an area in England subject (except in the case of the power to maintain apparatus) to prior consultation with [F8 the Environment Agency]; but save as aforesaid this Part of this Act extends to Scotland only.
