The M1Grey Seals Protection Act 1932 and the reference to section 2(1) of that Act in Schedule 3 to the M2Criminal Justice Act 1967 are hereby repealed.

Notwithstanding the repeal of the M3Grey Seals Protection Act 1932 all prosecutions and proceedings in respect of offences under that Act committed before the coming into force of this Act may be continued, commenced, taken or prosecuted as if this Act had not been passed.
