27E+WIn section 37(7) of the Sexual Offences Act 1956, for the words “section twenty or twenty-one of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952 (which relate” in paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the words “section 6 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (which relates” and for the words “that Act” in paragraph (b) there shall be substituted the words “ M1the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952”.
