Such fees, payable at such times, and whether in one sum or by instalments, as may be prescribed shall be charged by the licensing authority in respect of the grant or variation of operators’ licences. . . F1. . . F2

All fees payable under this Part of this Act. . . F2 shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund in such manner as the Treasury may direct.
