The services and facilities in relation to which, under section 56 of the Act of 1962, the duty imposed, subject to the subsequent provisions of that section, by subsection (4) thereof on F2the F3Rail Passengers’ Council F3Passengers’ Council and the F4Rail Passengers’ Committees F4London Transport Users' Committee falls to be exercised—
(a)
shall not include any services or facilities provided by the Waterways Board F5. . .
