<Text>There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—</Text>

<Pnumber>a</Pnumber>

<Text>any sums required for the payment of grants under section 98 above;</Text>

<Text>any other expenses of a Minister under this Act; and</Text>

<Text>any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other enactment.</Text>
