67In section 6(3) (conditions precedent to the compulsory purchase of land by the Land Commission) the reference in paragraph (b) to the current development plan shall be construed as a reference to a local plan for the time being applicable to the district and any alterations thereto (including a plan or alterations made available for inspection in pursuance of section 7(2) of this Act, but not yet in force) and the authority's resolutions of adoption or, as the case may be, the Ministers' notices of approval or making of the plan or alterations.
