(1)

Any person who contravenes section 77 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding F2level 3 on the standard scale.

(2)

Any person who contravenes section 78 of this Act or who contravenes any regulations made under section 79(2) of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding F3level 3 on the standard scale.
