F1The Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979, except article 5(2)(a) of that Order (which requires the responsible officer of each rule-making authority making any statutory rules to send copies of them, and certain information, to the Ministry of Finance for Northern Ireland for registration F1under that Order), shall not apply to any orders or regulations made under this Act by statutory instrument.
