SCHEDULE 4 E+W+S Registration of Members’ Clubs under Part II in Scotland

Introductory E+W+S

1 (1) The sheriff shall, in respect of premises in Scotland within his jurisdiction, be the authority responsible for the registration of clubs and institutes under Part II of this Act and for the renewal and cancellation of any such registration. E+W+S

(2) In this Schedule, “institute” means a miners’ welfare institute.
