In section 95(2) of the M1Housing Act 1964 (power of local authority after making an order under section 11 of the principal Act to designate unsuitable heating appliances which are not to qualify for adaptation grants in smoke control areas) for the words “after an order has been made by a local authority" there shall be substituted the words “after a local authority has resolved to make an order".
