77 Meaning of child for the purposes of this Part of this Act.

(1)

“Child” in this Part of this Act means—

(a)

for the purpose of sections 69 to 71, a child within the meaning of Part III of this Act,

(b)

(c)

for any other purpose, a person under eighteen.

(2)

“Parent” in this Part of this Act includes a guardian.
