13 Power of local authorities to assist persons in need in disposal of produce of their work. S

Where, by virtue of [F1 section 12 of this Act], a local authority make arrangements or provide or secure the provision of facilities for the engagement of persons in need (whether under a contract of service or otherwise) in suitable work, that local authority may assist such persons in disposing of the produce of their work.
