Subject to section 4 below, it shall be the duty of F1Scottish Water to inspect, maintain, repair, cleanse, empty, ventilate and where appropriate renew all sewers F2SUD systems, , sewage treatment works and other works vested in F3it by virtue of this Act F4or of F5the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 3).
