13 Payment of deferred annuities. U.K.

All deferred annuities payable in respect of Scottish contributions to the deferred annuity fund established under the M1 Elementary School Teachers (Superannuation) Act 1898 shall be paid by the Secretary of State; and any sums required by the Secretary of State for making payments under this section shall be charged on and issued out of the Consolidated Fund.
