6Any byelaw made under section 104 of the [1878 c. 51.] Roads and Bridges (Scotland) Act 1878 or paragraph (1) or (3) of section 385 of the [1892 c. 55.] Burgh Police (Scotland) Act 1892 which is in force at the commencement of this Act shall continue in force and have effect as if it were an order made under section 1 of this Act.
