Misrepresentation Act 1967

6 Short title, commencement and extent. E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Misrepresentation Act 1967.

(2) This Act shall come into operation at the expiration of the period of one month beginning with the date on which it is passed.

(3) This Act . . . F1 does not extend to Scotland.

(4) This Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
