may pay to members of the Production Committee, the Distribution Committee, the Consumers Committee and any other of the Commission's committees such remuneration as they may, with the approval of the Ministers and the Treasury, determine, and

shall pay to members of any of those committees such travelling or other allowances as the Ministers may, with the approval of the Treasury, determine.
