Part II E+W+S Savings

3 E+W+S The repeal of sections 1 to 4 of the M1 Forestry Act 1947 shall not affect the application of any of those sections, or any part of them, for the purposes of—

• the National Parks and Access to the M2 Countryside Act 1949,

• the M3 Highways (Provision of Cattle Grids) Act 1950, or

• the M4 Highways Act 1959.
