9 Duty of Ministers and National Coal Board to assist the court, and right to appear in court proceedings.

F1The Secretary of State and any other Government Department F2. . . shall give to the court such assistance as the court may require for the purposes of their duties, under this Act, and shall be entitled to appear and be heard at any proceedings on an application before the court under this Act.
