Warrants to authorise entry E+W+S

5 E+W+S The M1 Rights of Entry (Gas and Electricity Boards) Act 1954 (which relates to entry to buildings under the authority of a justice’s warrant) shall apply in relation to the powers of entry conferred by this Schedule as if references in that Act to premises included any land, and references to an employee of a [F1 public gas supplier]included references to a person acting under the authority of the Minister.
