In section 15(2) of the M1Criminal Appeal (Northern Ireland) Act 1930 (under which the Minister of Home Affairs for Northern Ireland is entitled to have a transcript of the shorthand notes taken at a trial on indictment in Northern Ireland made and furnished to him for his use), the words " for his use " shall be omitted.
