58 Short title, extent and commencement.E+W+S
(1)This Act may be cited as the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963.
(2)This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
(3)This Act shall come into force at the expiration of the period of one month beginning with the day on which it is passed.
