F3 21 In section 133 of the 1978 Act (general provisions as to conciliation officers) after “or” at the end of paragraph (a) there shall be inserted—

”(aa) arising out of a contravention, or alleged contravention, of paragraph 10 of Schedule 5A to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963; or”.
