Duration of permit or licence E+W+S

32 E+W+SA betting office licence held by the holder of a bookmaker’s permit or betting agency permit shall cease to be in force upon that permit ceasing to be in force, whether by virtue of paragraph 29 of this Schedule or by virtue of its cancellation under section 11(1) of this Act or under paragraph 27 of this Schedule.
