PART IV General

50 Repeals

The enactments specified in the Fifth Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that schedule.

51 Extent

This Act shall not extend to Scotland or Ireland.

52 Short title

(1) This Act may be cited as the Housing, Town Planning, &c. Act, 1919.

(2) The Housing of the Working Glasses Acts, 1890 to 1909, and this Act so far as it amends those Acts may be cited together as the Housing Acts, 1890 to 1919, and are in this Act referred to as the "Housing Acts."

(3) Part II of the Housing, Town Planning, &c. Act, 1909, and Part II of this Act may be cited together as the Town Planning Acts, 1909 and 1919.

(4) The Small Dwellings Acquisition Act, 1899, and Part III of this Act may be cited together as the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts, 1899 and 1919.
