XXXVCommissioners of Woods, on behalf of Her Majesty, may appeal.

And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful for the Commissioners for the Time being of Her Majesty's Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Works, and Buildings, on behalf of Her Majesty, if it shall seem to them fit so to do, within the Time herein-before limited, in like Manner to present a Petition of Appeal, in the Name of Her Majesty's Attorney General for the Time being, against such Award, or any Rule, Order, or Regulation therein contained; and thereupon it shall be lawful for Her Majesty in Council to confirm, alter, or vary all or any Part of such Award in such Manner as to Her Majesty may seem meet; and on any such Petition of Appeal being presented as last aforesaid, Notice thereof for at least One Calendar Month before the same shall be heard shall be published in One or more of the public Journals circulated in the said County of Gloucester ; and it shall be lawful for any Free Miner or other Person interested in the Premises to appear and defend the said Award; and if such Award shall be confirmed, then the Costs attending such Defence (to be taxed as aforesaid) shall be paid by the Commissioners for the Time being of Her Majesty's Woods, Forests, Land Revenues, Works, and Buildings; if otherwise, the Party so appearing to pay his own Costs.
