37 Retiring Guardians to be eligible for Re-election.U.K.
Provided always, that every elected Guardian going out of Office by Rotation, or otherwise ceasing to be an elected Guardian, shall, if qualified, be eligible for Re-election; and, except as is by this Act otherwise expressly provided, he shall after such Re-election be considered with reference to going out by Rotation a newly elected Guardian.
