XXIII Commissioners to defray their own Expenses. U.K.

At all Meetings of the Commissioners [F1 and of the council the Commissioners] shall defray their own Expenses, except such as may be incurred for the Use of the Room in which the Meeting is held, and for Books, Stationery, and Fire.
