XLV Nets not to be used in Annual Close Times. U.K.
Every Person who during the Annual Close Times fishes in the River with any Pout Net or Net of any other Kind or Description whatsoever shall for every such Offence be liable to a Penalty not exceeding [F1£25][F1level 1 on the standard scale] , and every such Net shall be forfeited.
