5Supplementary provisions as to film orders and notices
(1)Section 16C of the 1984 Act (supplementary provisions as to orders under section 16A) shall apply in the county of Hertfordshire with the following modifications.
(2)In subsection (1), after “section 16A of this Act” there is inserted “or by a film notice”.
(3)After subsection (3), there is inserted—
“(3A)In this section, a “film notice” is a notice under section 16A of this Act which is issued in relation to the making of a film.”.
