11Amend Schedule 3, paragraph 33 (code of practice for land drainage works) as follows—
(1)In sub-paragraph (1), omit “shall” and insert “may”.
(2)In sub-paragraph (2), omit “the code of practice” and insert “any code of practice issued under sub-paragraph (1) above”.
