4Dissolution of Whitehaven companies

On the operative day, the Whitehaven companies shall be dissolved.

The Commissioners shall notify the registrar of the effect of subsection (1) above within 14 days of the operative day; and the registrar shall record the dissolution of the Whitehaven companies.

In subsection (2) above, “the registrar” has the meaning given in section 744 of the Companies Act 1985 (c. 6).
