An Act to confer powers upon the London Development Agency.

WHEREAS—

It is expedient that in carrying out its functions the London Development Agency should be enabled to require information as to interests in land:

In relation to the promotion of the Bill for this Act the London Development Agency have complied with the requirements of section 26A of and Schedule 6A to the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998 (c. 45):

The objects of this Act cannot be attained without the authority of Parliament:

May it therefore please your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it enacted, by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
