Provisions as to payment of sums in respect of pilotage and navigational etc. aids

The sums mentioned in clause 3 of this Agreement shall be payable on the appointed day.

The sum referred to in clause 4(12) of this Agreement shall be first payable on the appointed day and thereafter on each anniversary of that day.
