Pilotage
3In consideration of the Commissioners agreeing to assume the jurisdiction mentioned in clause 2(1) of this Agreement the Council shall pay to the Commissioners the sum of £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds) and at the same time shall indemnify the Commissioners in respect of any corporation tax payable thereon.
