31Fees in relation to distribution of free literature
Subsection (6) of section 4 (Distribution of free literature) of the [1994 c. xii.] London Local Authorities Act 1994 is amended in its application to the area of a participating council other than the City by the substitution of the words “in whole or in part the reasonable administrative or other costs in connection with their functions under this section” for the words “the expense of the borough council in dealing with applications for such consents”.
