17Application of section 101 of Building Societies Act 1986
It is hereby declared for the avoidance of doubt that the vesting of an undertaking of a transferor in A&L by virtue of this Act is not an acquisition of the undertaking by A&L for the purpose of section 101(4) of the [1986 c. 53.] Building Societies Act 1986.
