33Application of order and byelaws
(1)Any Order made under or by virtue of section 43 (Tolls) of the Act of 1957 or section 6 of the [1954 c. 64.] Transport Charges &c. (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1954 in relation to the existing bridge and in force at the passing of this Act shall apply to the bridge as it applies to the existing bridge.
(2)Any byelaws made under section 71 (Byelaws) of the Act of 1957 and in force at the passing of this Act shall have effect as if references therein to “the bridge” were references to the bridge (as defined by this Act).
(3)Byelaw 30 of the Tamar Bridge Byelaws 1965 is hereby repealed.
