Stated general meetings of Company
22(1)The Company shall hold stated general meetings each year on—
(a)the first Thursday of October; and
(b)the second Thursday of November;
or such other dates as the Company may prescribe.
(2)The Company may hold additional general meetings on such dates as the Company may prescribe.
