17In the event of Scottish Enterprise entering into and carrying into effect agreements with respect to the construction, operation, management, maintenance and use of Bell’s Bridge by any other person or transferring to any other person ownership and control of Bell’s Bridge that person shall be subject to the same restrictions, liabilities and obligations to which Scottish Enterprise are subject under this Order and shall perform all of the duties of Scottish Enterprise under this Order.
