Section 4 (Interpretation of Part II) of the M1London Local Authorities Act 1990 is hereby amended by the deletion, in the definition of night café, of the words “or the M2Private Places of Entertainment (Licensing) Act 1967” and the substitution of “, the Private Places of Entertainment (Licensing) Act 1967 or section 16 (Licensing) of the London Local Authorities Act 1995”.
