SCHEDULE 1 Description of works referred to in section 4 of this Act

In the city of Westminster

• Work No. 4  A passenger subway commencing by a junction with an existing subway serving the Piccadilly Line station/platform concourse beneath a point 27 metres south-east of the junction of Dover Street with Piccadilly and terminating by a junction with a cross-passage serving the Jubilee Line platform concourse beneath a point 37 metres south-east of the south-eastern end of Arlington Street.

• Work No. 4a  A passenger subway commencing by a junction with a cross-passage serving the Jubilee Line station platform concourse beneath a point 36 metres south of the south-eastern end of Arlington Street and terminating by a junction with Work No. 4 beneath a point 34 metres south of that end of Arlington Street.

• Work No. 4b  A shaft, incorporating a lift, with connecting subways commencing by a junction with a cross-passage serving the Jubilee Line station/platform concourse beneath a point 28 metres south of the south-eastern end of Arlington Street and terminating by a junction with Work No. 4 beneath a point 25 metres south of that end of Arlington Street.

• Work No. 4c  A subway including an emergency escape shaft commencing by a junction with Work No. 4 beneath a point 48 metres south-east of the junction of Bennett Street with Arlington Street and terminating by a junction with Work No. 4 beneath a point 65 metres south-east of that road junction.

• Work No. 5  A passenger subway commencing by a junction with a cross-passage serving the Piccadilly Line station concourse beneath a point 31 metres south-west of the junction of Dover Street with Piccadilly and terminating by a junction with an existing subway serving the Piccadilly Line station/platform concourse beneath a point 32 metres south of that road junction.

• Work No. 5a  A shaft, incorporating a lift, with connecting subways commencing by a junction with a cross-passage serving the Piccadilly Line station concourse commencing beneath a point 19 metres south-west of the junction of Dover Street with Piccadilly and terminating by a junction with Work No. 5 beneath a point 25 metres south-west of that road junction.
