The Company may, in accordance with the provisions of this section, by special resolution reduce its share capital, any capital redemption reserve and any share premium account in any way.

The powers of this section shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IV of Part V of the [1985 c. 6.] Companies Act 1985 (which relate to the reduction of the share capital of companies registered under that Act).
