77Fencing of railways

Nothing in this Act or any other enactment shall require the undertakers to fence—

a

so much of the authorised railways as is constructed in or adjoining the Forest Recreation Ground; or

b

any other portion of the authorised railways which, not being designated as a tramway, adjoins any public open space or other unenclosed land.
