9No member of the Authority, whether or not he also holds office as chairman or vice chairman, shall receive remuneration for acting as such, but any expenses reasonably incurred by a member in so acting (including any expenses reasonably incurred by a chairman or vice chairman in acting in that capacity) shall be met by the Authority.
