X15 Ancillary powers of Council.
Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred on the Council by the last foregoing section, it shall be lawful for the Council in the exercise of their functions under that section to carry out or arrange for the carrying out of such of the following things as they consider necessary or desirable:—
a
the purchase or hire, or sale or other disposal of farming stock;
b
the provision of facilities and services for the enjoyment or convenience of the public, including the sale of souvenirs, books, food and foodstuffs and meals and refreshments of all kinds;
c
the levying of charges for admission to, or for the use of, any part of the farm or any of the buildings thereon or any of the facilities and services held or provided in connection therewith;
d
the letting of any part of the farm for any of the purposes of the last foregoing section, or of this section.
