1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Employment of Adults Subject to Immigration Control) (Maximum Penalty) (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on 22nd January 2024 or, if later, on the twenty-first day after the day on which it is made.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
