The Pensions Dashboards (Amendment) Regulations 2023

Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 238D and 315(2) and (5) of the Pensions Act 20041 (“the Act”).
In accordance with section 317(1) of the Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
In accordance with section 316(2)(kb) of the Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Dashboards (Amendment) Regulations 2023.

These Regulations come into force 21 days after the date on which they are made.
